We are already half way through November, the garden is really beginning to go to sleep and the trees have now lost all their leaves, as the winds have blown them away – winter is just around the corner and Christmas will be arriving before we know it. I adore Christmas, I like the house decorated with everything that sparkles, lots of fragrant candles and a fridge full of festive treats – yum yum!

Our Studio is beginning to look and smell very festive too, as the dried fruits and spruce have arrived ahead of our wreath making workshops. We still have some places left on Saturday 2 December so come and join me for a relaxing afternoon making your own wreath.

Our annual FROST FAIR takes place on Saturday 9 December from 10am – 2pm, do come and see around 14 different stalls selling local craft items perfect for that present for a friend or a treat for you. Our pop up café will be open for mulled apple juice, hot drinks and of course a tasty homemade sausage rolls.

Our last event of the year is our Big Christmas Floral Tea Party taking place on Saturday 16 December from 1.30pm – this year this will be held at Northbourne Village Hall only moments away from  Beacon Hill Cottage. A full afternoon tea will be served and I will provide a fun, festive, floral demonstration, where you could win one of my designs to take home. Tea and flowers is the best way to spend an afternoon!
