'Mum’s the Word’: Workshop with Afternoon Tea - £70 for 2 People
Join Mig for a special spring-themed workshop, ensuring up-to-date trends in colour, texture, materials and of course beautiful flowers to make your design truly unique. The perfect treat for any mum. A delicious, full afternoon tea will be served following the workshop.

From planning to executing all scales of wedding work, Mig leads you through the whole process from concept and sourcing, to buying and producing your own wedding designs. During the day you will create a small hand-tied bouquet to take home. Lunch will be provided with a glass of something fizzy served at the end of the day.

Join our resident cook, Ahti, for a workshop that will provide you with an in-depth introduction to everything you need to know about lactic fermentation and pickling techniques. You will learn how to make: pickled peaches, preserved aubergines,tomato salsa, pink grapefruit and radish kimchi. At the end of each class, you will take home all your fermentation creations, along with the knowledge necessary to do further experiments by yourself.

Inspired by the paintings of Monet, spend a morning creating a design with natural plant material to showcase some seasonal flowers in a modern and creative way inspired by the master painter. Coffee and biscuits served on arrival.

Join master weaver Dominic Parrette for a day weaving your own handmade willow pheasant. Dominic will guide you through all the techniques and processes, and provide the materials to make something truly special for your garden.
Lunch will be served and the workshop will take place outside. Places are limited to ten people.
